A Warning to readers, the above is NOT a scanner, to be a scanner it has to store memories and scan and stop on active channels, this neither scans, nor has memories, nor has a digital display and doesn't even have the ability to fine tune or enter specific frequencies, basically it's useless and pretty deaf to boot. The above example, an OMEGA Multi Band Radio, commonly sold all over the web on places like ebay as a "Multi Band Air Band Radio Scanner" is the most common type of these so-called multi band radios on the market, if your looking for a scanner and buy one of these looking for a cheap deal you will be very upset with what you get, stay away from these at all costs and put an extra few pounds towards a decent second hand scanner like one of the ones shown at the top of the images page.
